It is inevitable that at least some points during out lives we will all experience pain, stress, and anxiety; however, the ways in which we cope with these negative feelings makes all the difference when it comes to overall well-being.

While it would be great if anxiety and fear only occurred in situations where we were in immediate danger, the fact of the matter is that most of us experience these feelings every single day.
